Dee Monkey - Salmon flies

The Monkey flies fish super well in most rivers and have more salmon on their conscience than any other fly in our range. Monkeys work best on clear river but have taken salmon from the opening day to the last day in August.

All our flies are tied by Danish fly tyers with experience in salmon fishing. The flies we offer are selected based on our own experience of which patterns work well season after season under changing conditions and on very different fishing waters - however, with the commonality that they have all produced salmon. The flies may have minor variations such as length of wing, amount of flash, body material, etc.

XL: 12 – 15 cm

Large: 10 – 12 cm

Medium: 7-9 cm

Small: 5-7 cm

X Small: 3-5 cm

XX small: 1-3 cm
